We will discuss which aspects of mobility and movement are most important to focus on with clients and how to translate those principles into both Pilates exercises and home/gym exercises, so that your clients can learn to incorporate Pilates principles outside the studio.

Chelsea began her physical therapy career wanting to help empower people to do more than they thought possible, and she found that with Pilates. Throughout her years of practice, she has seen the power of combining Pilates, strength training and physical therapy and how that combination can help clients much more than physical therapy alone. She’s passionate about helping instructors, coaches and other movement professionals learn how to empower and best help their clients. She firmly believes that a great movement practitioner can help someone just as much as a physical therapist, and she is passionate about helping Pilates instructors do just that.
